General Terms and Conditions of Reservation of Suits for Individual Customers at Apartpark Baltic Home sp. z o. o. This document regulates the rules for making reservations, cancellations,
payment for reservations and the validity of reservations. 1. RESERVATION METHOD Reservations for a stay can be made by:
a) filling in and signing the reservation form on the website
and sending it to the reception in electronic form;
b) sending a reservation order in writing: by registered mail,
fax or in electronic form (e-mail);
c) booking a stay by telephone;
d) personal written confirmation of the reservation at the Reception. Once a reservation has been made, in accordance with the procedure described above, the reception of Baltic Home sp. z o.o., ul. Uzdrowiskowa 11/3, 72-600 Świnoujście, Tax Identification Number 855 15 31 507,
National Business Identification Number 320015086 will send a confirmation of the reservation
(except in the event described in point d above) to the address or fax number indicated by you
within 48 hours, which should be signed and sent back.
A condition for making a reservation that is legally binding on the company
is that the Guest reserving the stay makes a down payment of 40%
of the total value of the reserved stay within 3 working days. The remaining amount is payable on arrival. The down payment
referred to above shall be paid to the suite in the form of
a bank transfer, cash or by charging a credit card
with the written consent of the Guest. The down payment must be
paid by the date specified on the reservation confirmation
sent to you. The payment is settled by a simple bill [receipt] or vat invoice.
The date on which the bank account of ApartPark Baltic Home sp. z o. o.
is credited shall be deemed to be the date of the down payment. Please direct payments to the bank account number of

IBAN: PL …………………………………………………………………. The reservation will not be validly made if the down payment
is not made by the deadline specified above or if there are no funds
on the credit card. Exceeding the set deadline for payment of the down payment may
result in cancellation of the initial reservation. Please be informed that, in accordance with the ApartPark Baltic Home sp. z o. o.
Regulations, the settlement period is 7 days, which means that each Guest staying
in the suite for more than 7 days is obliged to pay for the stay and services used
within 7 days from the date of the beginning of their stay. ApartPark Baltic Home sp. z o. o. reserves the right, in justified instances,
to request the Guest to increase the amount of credit collateral
on their credit card or to pay for accommodation services in advance.
The use of additional accommodation services on a “Hotel credit” basis
(bill per room) is only possible after providing the Reception with a duly
completed and personally signed Authorisation Document allowing
credit orders (“bill per room”) for services accompanying the Guest's stay. This involves performing a credit/payment card authorisation. 2. CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION a) change of reservation
Guests should notify any changes in their reservation in writing to
ApartPark Baltic Home sp. z o. o. not later than 14 days
before the arrival date stated in the order.
In compliance with the above, ApartPark Baltic Home sp. z o.o. will consider
the proposed changes and inform the Guest of the decision in writing.
In the event that a change in the reservation made is not possible,
it shall remain in force. It is possible to cancel the reservation,
but only for valid reasons that are justified and
documented in writing by the Guest. b) conditions for cancellation of reservation
– in the event of a cancellation up to 14 days before arrival,
the Guest bears the costs of the down payment
– in the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the agreed date
of arrival, the Guest bears the costs of 60 % of the order value
– upon cancellation on the day of arrival or in the absence of cancellation,
the Guest is obliged to pay the full amount for the stay on the booked date
– the possibility of cancellation without incurring any charges by the Guest
exists only in a situation when the Guest indicates a new Customer
for the same suite and on the same date. In this instance, the Guest
will be refunded the down payment, minus operating costs of
PLN 150.00, no sooner than 7 days after
the end of the designated person's rental.
– In any instance, the cancellation will be confirmed by B.H. in writing. c) shortening the stay
A shortened stay is treated as a cancellation after the cancellation deadline
and therefore involves payment of the bill for the entire declared duration of
the stay. d) personal data
In the course of making a Package Reservation by Baltic Home sp. z o. o. the Reserving Party
agrees to the inclusion of their personal data in
the service's database. The data will only be used to enable the full Reservation process
and for marketing purposes in accordance with the provisions of
the Data Protection Agreement of 28.09.1997. 3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The check-in/out time starts at 5:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. “Check in” is possible until 11:00 p.m.
The prices in the price list are gross prices.
ApartPark Baltichome sp. z o. o. reserves the right to change prices and
to apply a separate price list for holidays, vacation periods and
long weekends. The room price includes (except for certain packages):
– accommodation;
– buffet breakfast;
– use of wireless Internet access throughout the entire accommodation
facility. The price does not include
– Tourist tax (PLN 6.20 per day per person);
– possible car park rental outside/garage;
– lunch ()
– supper ();
– dinner (). Children under 4 year old
stay in the suite: free of charge. Children 4-12 year old
stay in the suite (in the parents' room) 30% of the price.
Extra bed available only in double suites. Making a reservation implies acceptance of the ApartParkfacility's Regulations and Privacy Policy.
