Apart Park is located in the heart of the seaside park and in the vicinity of the Zdrojowy Park. In Świnoujście, apart from perfect air, you will find a rich spa base. Wide beaches and huge tracts of natural greenery and forests are conducive to active recreation.
The beach in Świnoujście has received international awards for cleanliness and spatial development in the Blue Flag program for many years. The Apart Park apartment complex is located by the sea, in close proximity to the promenade running parallel to the shoreline.
There are three out of four forts built in the 19th century in Świnoujście. These are Gerhard’s Fort, Angel’s Fort, and the Western Artillery Fort.

Świnoujście is a perfect place for sailors and kitesurfers. One of the largest Polish marinas is waiting for the sailors 800 meters from Apart Park. A kitesurfing school is waiting for lovers of the “board”, less than 200 meters from Apart Park.
